Bahan-bahan yang dibutuhkan untuk Creme Brule Maple without Heavy Cream
- Siapkan Creme Brule (dr.Oetker or Betty crocker) sebanyak 1 pack.
- Olah Cold fresh Milk sebanyak 1 cup.
- Bunda dapat menyiapkan Coffee Whitener or Creamer sebanyak 2 tbs.
- Bunda dapat menyiapkan Sugar (simmer in pan to make Crystals caramel) approx 1 mins sebanyak 3 or 4 tbs.
- Olah egg Yolk (kuning telur) sebanyak 1.
- Bunda dapat menyiapkan Maple syrup or Pancake syrup sebanyak 1 tbs.
Instruksi Untuk Creme Brule Maple without Heavy Cream
- Mix egg yolk & coffee whitener until it gets a bit fluff. Pour slowly milk while keep stirring. Pour slowly ready pack mix. Stir in fast motion until it really smooth.
- Pour whole mixture into non sticky pan on stove . Heat it in low. Keep stirring. Add a bit of sugar to taste. Approximately it will takes about 2 mins until it gets thick & heavy. Turn off the stove. Grab your pyrex or microwavable dessert dish. Pour the thick mixtures.
- Glazed top of your creme Brule with crystals caramelized sugar. Microwave it for approx 30 to 40 sec. Watch carefully dont let it rise & spills.
- Let it cool for 2 mins & glazed it with maple syrup or pancake syrup.
